Policies, warranties, terms, and conditions

Warranty and Disclosure 

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

We provide a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the original purchase date. If a defect occurs during the warranty period:

• You must report the issue to us promptly

• Repair services are available with customer-paid parts (new or refurbished)

• Store credit may be offered at our discretion based on the situation's circumstances

SPECIFIC COVERAGE TERMS

• Screen Protectors

- Lifetime warranty with replacement fee

- Original proof of purchase required

• Device Screen Replacements

- Standard Products: 60-day limited warranty

- Premium Products: One-year limited warranty

• Water Damage

- No warranty coverage for water-damaged devices or water damage repairs

PROPERTY TERMS

• ABANDONED PROPERTY: Any device left in our care for over 60 days without communication or payment will be considered abandoned and become permanent company property. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or repurpose such devices at our discretion.

• ELECTRONIC RECYCLING: Any devices left for recycling or disposal become the permanent property of the company. Once surrendered for recycling, items cannot be reclaimed or returned to the previous owner.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

• The limited warranty applies only to hardware components

• Warranty is void in cases of:

  - Accident or misuse

  - Neglect or fire damage

  - Unauthorized alterations

  - Improper repairs

  - Commercial use

  - External causes beyond normal use

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Repaired/replaced products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer

• All replaced parts become company property

• Pre-existing damage noted during check-in is not covered

• Price matching available only for identical parts and services

• We reserve the right to refuse promotional offers

 

NO REFUNDS POLICY

Important Notice: Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with any transaction or repair service.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

We Fix I.T. Quick LLC operates under a NO REFUNDS policy with limited exceptions as outlined below. By engaging our services or making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. TRANSACTION AND SERVICE LIMITATIONS

2.1 Payment Processing
Once a transaction has been processed and payment has been completed, NO FULL REFUNDS will be issued.2.2 Work Commencement
Once diagnostic work or repair services have begun on your device, NO FULL REFUNDS will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Device inspection and diagnostic testing
  • Disassembly of device
  • Parts ordering or installation
  • Any technical work performed

3. PARTIAL REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:3.1 Service Issues

  • Defective parts provided by We Fix I.T. Quick LLC
  • Service not performed as originally agreed upon
  • Technical error on our part that prevents completion of repair

3.2 Partial Refund Calculation

  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable
  • Labor costs for work already performed are non-refundable
  • Only unused parts costs may be eligible for partial refund
  • Administrative fees may apply

4. EXCEPTIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

4.1 Arizona State Law Compliance
This policy complies with Arizona Revised Statutes. Nothing in this policy waives your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.4.2 Warranty Claims
Warranty repairs and replacements are governed by our separate warranty policy and do not constitute refunds.4.3 Fraudulent Transactions
Refunds for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be handled according to applicable law and payment processor policies.

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

5.1 Request Submission
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion or transaction date.5.2 Required Information

  • Original receipt or transaction confirmation
  • Detailed explanation of refund request
  • Device information and service details

5.3 Processing Time
Approved partial refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days via original payment method.

6. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this refund policy
  • You agree to the no refunds terms
  • You understand that work commencement eliminates full refund eligibility
  • You accept that only partial refunds may be available under limited circumstances

This warranty gives you specific legal rights under Arizona law. All warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser only.

The company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.

 

WAIVER OF RIGHTS - DAMAGE AND LOSS

Limitation of Liability
By engaging our services, you WAIVE YOUR RIGHT to seek compensation, damages, or other remedies from We Fix I.T. Quick LLC for:

  • Device damage that occurs during repair process
  • Data loss or corruption during service
  • Loss of device functionality beyond the original issue
  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
  • Loss of business, profits, or personal data

Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that electronic device repair carries inherent risks including but not limited to:

  • Potential for additional damage during repair attempts
  • Possibility of data loss or corruption
  • Risk of device becoming inoperable
  • Unforeseen complications that may arise during service

Customer Waiver Agreement
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You voluntarily waive your right to seek compensation for device damage or loss
  • You assume all risks associated with electronic device repair services
  • You release We Fix I.T. Quick LLC from liability for damages beyond our control

UPDATED CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Also update your existing customer acknowledgment section to include:

  • You voluntarily waive your right to seek compensation for device damage or loss
  • You assume all risks associated with electronic device repair services
  • You release We Fix I.T. Quick LLC from liability for damages beyond our control
